The location is excellent, being just a short walk from the city center while still retaining a peaceful atmosphere. The staff consistently demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness, with one assisting when I misplaced my wallet. A great convenience was the nearby public car park, although it was somewhat expensive. A minor downside was that housekeeping missed making the beds one day, despite providing clean towels.

There was some noise throughout the night, possibly from the air conditioning. Check-in caused a bit of confusion because of the merger with Novotel and the differing check-in processes. The communication from the hotel could be clearer regarding these changes.
