missingWrote a review on Feb 24friendly staffgreat locationmissed housekeepingexpensive parkingminor cleanliness issue
The location is excellent, being just a short walk from the city center while still retaining a peaceful atmosphere. The staff consistently demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness, with one assisting when I misplaced my wallet. A great convenience was the nearby public car park, although it was somewhat expensive. A minor downside was that housekeeping missed making the beds one day, despite providing clean towels.

The hotel is located conveniently near a supermarket, making it easy to stock up on supplies during our stay.
Unfortunately, the shower had serious temperature fluctuations, alternating between hot and cold, which was quite disruptive.

The room was clean and comfortable.
I can't believe the bed was shoved against the wall, making it nearly impossible for my disabled wife to get out. The lighting was abysmal, and we had to trek across the square just to book in! To top it off, the television was out of order for most of our stay, and workers barged into our room without warning. This was a nightmare stay, and I would NEVER want to repeat this experience!

The beds were super comfy, and I was really impressed by the cozy lounge area where I could unwind with a book. I also loved the movie night they hosted, and the game room was a fun spot to relax. The shower was a bit tricky to figure out at first, but it didn't spoil my overall experience! 😊

Couple seeking reliability
I enjoyed my time here. The staff was friendly, gave us a card with discount coupons that we could use in town. Really made exploring easier. I appreciated the underground car park, made a big difference for our convenience.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but in the end it was acceptable.

missingWrote a review on Jun 05clean roomvaried breakfastfriendly bardated decorroom sizeno coffee facilities
The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore Bruges. I really appreciated the ability to access the Novotel's amenities, especially the evening bar, where the atmosphere is lovely and welcoming. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of choices to kickstart the day. The room, while slightly dated, remained clean and comfortable, perfect for resting after a day out. the size of the room felt cramped, lacking tea and coffee facilities. There was some noise throughout the night, possibly from the air conditioning. Check-in caused a bit of confusion because of the merger with Novotel and the differing check-in processes. The communication from the hotel could be clearer regarding these changes.
